LE a dressing/equipping spell

hi guys, sorry if i'm not in the right section!

 

i'm trying to get around the skyrim modding, but for the moment i'm not really getting it very well... i'm trying to figure out how to create a single spell to force an npc to unequip/trash all his items (maybe the latter in regards of followers) and get equipped with the right one permanently.

i can create the base spell without a problem on the CK, but i'm not really getting in my head the scripting part or whatever i should put inside to force unequip and then equip items.

I've checked some tutorials around but I've not seen anything about un/equipping items on npc's, just basic stuff.
