Load Order question

Anyone with this kind of load order ever gotten skyrim to run without a issue or can point me in the right direction as to how to fix this order to run smoothly and heres is the order that I have or can help organize this for me so I know what to place in what order or if anything should be removed?

Use BOSS http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6/?: it automatically put your mods in the correct load order (mostly). For the unrecognized mods, use BOSSGUI to create your own rules. Concerning mod's conflicts, you should read descriptions before installing anything

Also worth to mention (but don't quote me on this), I think there is a certain max limit of mods to use as well. I think it caps at 256 mods (didn't count yours, but I can see that you use very many of them). Just in case it might be the case.

Other than that, use BOSS like Jodi said. It is a great tool when you have lots of mods and it will also tell if there are conflicts between mods or if a mod is unnecessary because it's somewhat or wholly included in another.

As already pointed out, always use the most current version of BOSS and ensure it updates to the most recent masterlist as well. Make sure Steam is updating your game install. Check for updates to each of your installed mods, especially the Unofficial Patches, I notice you don't have the Unofficial High Resolution Patch so you may want to add that. You should also use TES5Edit to clean mods, taking care to check what mods actually need cleaning.

 

Where are you downloading mods from? How are you installing mods? Using a mod manager like NMM or manually? Are you renaming mods? I see from that list that you have:

I'm wondering what those part2 and part3 .esp's are because my install of SMIM has:

That's just one example, I see some others in your list that appear to have been renamed. If you rename mods, you risk breaking other mods! If a mod requires another mod that you've renamed then it won't be able to find what it wants and therefore won't work. At best you just won't see anything from that mod in your game, at worst your game will CTD!

 

For mods that provide multiple .esp's to choose from you must actually read the readme so that you know which one's to enable etc. For example:

If you enable each of those you'll have problems!

 

If every mod in that list is active you're going to have problems! Doing a quick count of your list shows a total of 265 .esm's and .esp's, but 256 is the absolute maximum (including Skyrim.esm and DLC's) so you need to look carefully at what you have installed! You may want to get Wrye Bash so that you can use it's Bashed Patch feature to merge mods so that you can then disable some .esp's.

 

My guess is that you haven't bothered to learn anything about modding Skyrim, if I'm right about that then you're just going to have a whole lot of problems. Do yourself a favour and learn as much about installing and using mods as you can find! There are plenty of modding tutorials available on the net, don't just look for Skyrim ones either as ones for Oblivion (and Morrowind, Fallout 3 & Fallout New Vegas) can provide good info as well.
