High HP and Aim Mod - Changing the dynamic?

Hi all. I was playing around with the idea of a mod that alters the way combat would work by increasing HP and Aim of everything across the board.

 

Basically, making it so most shots will hit, even in cover, but that it requires many hits to kill even basic enemies or rookies.

 

I'm going to try it out with maybe 2x the HP, and increasing Aim scores by maybe 1.25, and play around with it.

 

One of the reasons I am considering this is that there's a tendency to run with heavy Heavy squads for the sure-fire kill power of rockets, and frankly I would like to make other classes more viable.

 

But I also think it might be fun to play Enemy Within and have just totally different combat.

 

Anyway, just some preliminary thoughts, wondered what the community here might think.

 

p.s. Did some searching and didn't see any other mods like this, if this has already been done mea culpa
