CTD-Upon ending conversation

So whenever i talk with Harold or M.A.R.Go.T i crash to desktop. This happens upon ending the conversation, no matter what speech option i take. I can however use the console to [Closeallmenus] then the game does not crash, but i do not update the quest either, and the next time i try to talk to them (without loading that is) i get the message that this item is in use.

 

I have tried running the game without any mods at all and with mods, nothing has helped. I have updated the game to the newest patch (english, and yes my game is in English to). I have tried changing controls to default did not help, i have tried setting graphics to low/medium/and pretty much everything. And i have the newest drivers for my graphics card (geforce 9600GT 512mb).

 

Please help me.
