questions on DLC and the geck

i was wondering if there was a way to get more than one DLC running in one mod because i so want to add some things into mine from broken steel but i'm using O:A.

 

 

 

I'm working on a large scale mod and i need help getting it close to even half finished

im currently looking for someone who can:

make quests with dialog (i have a voice actor but neither are skilled enough to put them into the game).

make NPC vendors.

script makers.
