Entire comments28 June 2022, 10:35AM NO *** next time. Thank you! I used it. It's okay for your mod. However, that stupid thing just prints every single bloody conversation in a large outlined box which covers quite a portion of the screen and force you to look into the corner to actually read through everything. And now you have to read every bloody comments to actually know which you want to choose, while the original dialogue wheel put positive/negative/question/humor in each section. It's very convenient for our 100+ playthrough. WE DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT TO READ ALL THE BLOODY CHARACTER LINES. It's for the voice actors to perform and entertain us. I don't want this torture anymore. Not everyone HATEs whatever Bethesda does. Not the dialogue, not the perk systems, not the settlement building, not the weapon crafting. We only complained about their mediocre quest and story. Most parts are great improvements from former installments. The sales and playtime won't lie. If they actually copied every outdated, flawed mechanism from previous installments, we probably would have refunded the game already, just as I did with Halo Infinite, ME Legendary on Steam and many others. Your mod is great. Your contributions are great. We just don't want to be FORCED TO USE ***.From now on, any mod forces me to use it. I don't even download. Sorry, no. I will uninstall the mods immediately and let go 20+ hours of gameplay. I don't mind the cost. Because that will bring my easy, player friendly, enjoyable vanilla+mods game back. *** is screwing me really hard. It's simply unpleasant to be forced to appreciate someone's nostagia, at the cost of our own gaming. AND PLEASE DON"T TELL ME ABOUT IT"S ALL FREE. Many of us are even very happy to pay for blood creation club. If not for some groups in the community, we would be already paying you for all your hard work. NOT MY DECISION. Yes, it's really a shame to let go such a masterpiece. But, compared to a no *** great fallout 4 experience, it's worth it. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication. Just to let you know, it's ***, not your mod. 28 June 2022, 1:57PMNot talking to you. I don't care. Don't even read.30 June 2022, 6:41PM 1. We're not asking the team to recreate everything 100%. We're not even asking the team to recreate anything.2. As long as it's something playable and doesn't mess up the rest of the game, we're happy.3. We're not asking people to work that kind of amount for free. Whoever expects that, is a thug.4. We're happy even if the team just release some small mods or even creation club content that actually go with the rest of vanilla5. We highly appreciate the hard work of those people.6. We hope their hard work doesn't get butchered because of something stupid like ***7. Nobody cares about 100% recreation of Fallout 3. We don't need every dialogue or content8. The team does realize *** would put quite a number of people off, as they actually explained the reason behind *** on the main page9. Someone on the team, as a normal human being would, must have mentioned that the *** requirement gonna put off a portion of the players.10. In the end, it's their call. But these are the feedbacks in case people really wanna hear about it.11. Won't go with ***. Bethesda designed fallout 4 dialogues similar to Mass Effect. You force a fallout 3 system on it, it simply suck.12. Again, it's the *** problem. They should have allowed simplified player lines just like vanilla and also in a smaller/clearer UI. *** dialogue tree function is okay. But forcing everyone to read everything instead of summaries of sentences, is straight ridiculous. In fallout 4 it makes dialogues worse.13. *** is making itself a requirement of large scale mods while doesn't even consider the fact that people don't like its design. It's putting a burden on every project it's involved in.14. Large scale DLC mods better not require anything other than the base game+DLCs. People do this for good reasons.15. Say anything you want or make any promise you want. I won't have *** in my everyday load order. I'd rather play another game if this becomes a pain to me 30 June 2022, 7:04PM Recreating every detail including even the dialogue trees, instead of simplifying/streamlining it, is just complicating things andwasting a lot of their time/energy. Still, it's their project, theircall. Just saying it as a random stranger.Project Zeta and Project Mojave are good enough. Didn't expect anything more than that. Recreating the entirety of Fallout 3, the fans are just nuts by even dreaming about getting that for free. Typical robbery. Do these idiots even know how long that's gonna take a full studio? Really? Do they know it's 2022 and people are struggling with living costs and they expect the whole team to do that for free? For the next x years?Really? So that someone can have that exact feeling of Fallout 3 in Fallout 4? Do you know publishers sell a remaster for $60? Not saying the goal is not noble, just not very good for people actually working on it then see it hijacked by greedy fans and problematic 3rd party mods. 01 July 2022, 4:53AM Look back the pages and see how people complain about ***. Just because you fan boys like it and you ask everyone to accept it.I happen not to be silent this time while many still choose not to give a damn. Actually bothered to leave some comments for this mod. I left a few for SIM2 Chapter 2, along with the so called 'minority' by you. And the team seemed to have listened and things improved for that door compatibility thing. All said, I don't give a f*** about winning this debate. It's not my time and energy in the project. If the team doesn't want to hear. Don't hear. Your project, your call. You're the boss. NOT MY PROBLEM If you want to know why you don't see more objections here and *** fanboz seem to be the only group. Because people just left this mod and don't care about its future. Same happened to SIM2 Chapter2 on its launch, and Halo Infinite right now, and Anthem, MA Andromeda, Fallout 76, Battlefield 2042. Will players bother to leave a comment to a game that they lost interest to? 01 July 2022, 5:24AM Are the *** users the majority? Of course not. Otherwise we will see *** requirements and patches everywhere. Then why are they the most in the comment section? Because they're the only one left after the *** requirement. The team already anticipated this to happen and put an explanation in the description page for *** requirement. So, how much did it cut the the player base? Check the stats for similarly popular mods and the answers are there. Why can't you tell us about what you think earlier, in the development cycle?I didn't know the *** requirement. Just like I didn't know about Halo Infinite, ME Andromeda, Fallout 76, etc. Sorry, just a normal player who would actually pay for games, even CC. Not in the HYPE group. Not in the discord server.I do know about Starfield's 1000 planets. Everybody's worrying. 20 September 2022, 4:03PM Okay, everyone's trying to bring back my 3 month old post. Lazy me adding a few points then: 1. *** won't fix Fallout 4 as a terrible game. It's not UI. It's NOT AN RPG by RPG standards. Half baked extremely boring broken piece of #### when I first got it vanilla. It's those content mods, providing depths and choices to the quests and factions. Also, all these contents and new mechanisms finally made this shitty money grabbing game playable. *** just a UI mod, playing smart, as if it's suddenly Fallout 3. Funny. 2. *** is just a UI mod. Meaningless. Bethesda made the choice for Fallout 4 dialogues. It's as is. You either rewrite the entire game, or it will still be the s***. Content mods partially did that, not ***. 3. Ask Bethesda to roll back from Mass Effect dialogues to Oblivion/Morrowind dialogue instead of messing with half baked ***. 4. I never disrespected anyone on the team. I said in my first post "next time'. The initial reason behind the post is that I don't want them to waste efforts in their future modding. 5. Whenever someone says NO to ***, they are likely to be marked, laughed at, bullied by a bunch of triggered little nazi like. 'Vanilla is so stupid, You like vanilla, you're so lame, so stupid. *** is cool. *** is the future. *** should be the standards. Only you idiots don't use ***.' etc. This happens everywhere nowadays. Not only in games, also, guess what, in many war-crime totalitarian and cult groups. 6. Just saw another *** fan mod author telling players to f*** OFF if they don't like ***, in his own mod comment section. 7. *** was a common UI mod until someone made a cult about it. 8. *** is a half baked solution until further improved. 9. *** like dialogue only shines in actual RPGS like Fallout 3/New Vegas/Oblivion and The Outer Worlds(by Obsidian). Fallout 4 is not an RPG. You barely have any decision to make except the faction war. No matter what you say, the result is the same. So what's the point of having ***. Can you actually provide more than even 2 real choices that are actually game impacting in any dialogues of your quest mod? 10. Do any of you actually need to see every word of all dialogues in this game, after thousands of hours? Seriously, I even remember some dialogues from this mod after just one playthrough a few months back. 11. If you want *** like dialogues, tell Bethesda to make a new game. Fallout 4 is DONE. 12. If you really like *** and actual RPGs. Go back to play Fallout 3/New Vegas or even The Outer Worlds. Fallout 4 will never be that. 13. I never asked the team to change the mod in anyway. It's done, as is. And, it's not my business. I already said what need to be said. No further thoughts. You can discuss it however you like. I'm not asking for anything.
