Some Mods just suddenly stopped loading

About a week ago, my Fallout 4 "lone survivor" character developed terrible B-O or bad breath.

First, Cait vanished after leaving some damn place (Med Tec somewhere). I used the COC command to save a long ass walk and that triggered it. When I found her with Vault-tec overseer term she was just standing on a road. I talked to her (Let's Go), she says "I'm on it" and took off running. Found her again, same same.

Recruited Piper, instantly the same.

I even tried the excellent Mod Heather Casdin. She just stands by her bunker.

Reverted to a previous save, no go.

I have no follower mod changes at all.

Several reinstalls later I ended up uninstalling, manually cleaning folders, files, the damn registry, the works.

Clean install totally, re-download of all mods in use.

Bottom line, the "Chinese Stealth Armor" and the "Navy Stealth Suit" refuse to load. I use NMM. No, it's not that. Tried MM2 and some other one. Same.

The Mod manager loads the Mods just fine.

At game start, at the menu you choose to "continue" or "Load", etc. the "Mods" selection.

The games list of Mods shows either/or but will not enable.

Enable it and it disables after exiting the menu.

The Mod(s) isn't broken, re-downloaded both.

It only seems to be the "Chinese" armor and the Navy suit which is based on the Chinese suit.

It's as though Bethesda won't allow them to be used.

Political ?

Doesn't Microslop own Bethesda?

We all know about them.

I can no longer download from Bethesda on PC either.

I wonder if they are "End of Life" prep on Fallout 4?

Anyone have similar or weirdness lately?
