wendelgrey
I'm trying to modify a Type3M mesh in Blender. The exported mesh looks good in NifSkope, the only strangeness being that all of the branches are NiTriShapes instead of NiTriStrips like the original. In the GECK, however, armor using the exported mesh is completely invisible in preview mode, and NPCs wearing the armor using become floating heads in the Render window. The same happens if I import the original mesh then export without changes, so I guess the problem is with my export process rather than the changes I make. The exact process I'm following is: Open Blender Delete the cube Import the mesh using settings here Move the camera and light to a different layer Select the bit I want to modify Enter Edit mode Modify (delete some faces, move some vertices) Enter Object mode Select All Ctrl+A -> Scale and Rotation to ObData Export using settings here Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. Edited November 16, 2013 by wendelgrey
