Intimidate Raiders into Settlers

A mod that makes it so when you pacify a Humanoid, such as a raider, gunner, or triggerman, you have the option of asking them to join your settlement.

 

This could require stage 3 of the intimidation perk. Well, if stage 3 didn't require 50 levels if you don't mod the requirements away like I do. So if this is a requirement, please make the perk requirement much lower, like 5-15.

Crime and punishment can do that, comes with cages to cage them and raise settlement happiness. You can put them to work as regular settlers but run the risk of a rebellion. All customizable though.
