Vortex - Deploy Mod does not work

I don't want to put in a bug report if it is just my fault.

So I am hoping that one of you can help me.

 

Vortex: V1.6.14

OS: Windows 10 64bit

Game: Bannerlord V1.9.0 (may be also with other games but have not checked)

 

I updated the Vortex version a few days ago.

I have been finding that I am unable to deploy after downloading and enabling new mods.

the deploy button just turns darker sometimes and at other times as if I have not pressed it at all.

I wait to see if deploy would start but it does not. Sometimes if I am quick I can see a message

"Elevation needed to deploy" for a very brief moment and then it disappears.

 

Before, when the green message comes up, I can click on it to make it deploy but now nothing to do

but to restart Vortex. When vortex starts up a green message is displayed saying something like

"Sorting completed". After this the deploy button seems to work.

 

Is this a bug or is Vortex meant to be like that.

I tried running Vortex in Admin mode but vortex said it is not meant to run in that mode.
