I've been using this mod, it's been quite transformative, I know it's rather silly, but it's a lot of fun.

The caveat is it doesn't work with spells, it works fine with shouts and melee weapons and arrows though

I tried tinkering with the ck myself, to see what I can do, it's been a while ago so my memory can be a little hazy, I found a couple of game settings related to spell physics, it semi worked:

it only worked on dead bodies, it didn't work when you're about to finish off your human* enemies, in that case they just flop down dead, ridiculously, just like vanilla

it worked on non humanoid creatures, most of the times, even in that case it was inconsistent.

I give up, can someone please make a mod like this for spells happen?
