SSE DOA5 Alluring Mandarin Dresses conversion to SE

Can someone look at and tell me what needs to be fixed or convert this mod? most of the short dresses, shoes, gloves umbrellas, head pieces, and fans seem to convert/work in SE. The long dresses have stretched out shapes/textures if not cause freezing/ctd.

 

I have ran it thru COA, Nif Optimizer, and CK. My knowledge is limited to noob level.

 

It is an LE mod with hdt smp pe physics. I believe the xml uses commas instead of periods and according to texture scan via NifOptimizer there are mipmaps missing? I will have to see if there's permissions to upload elsewhere.

Well mod author wont allow mod to be uploaded to the Nexus. Thats that. No help there not even from the author even though he wants someone to port it to SSE.
