Downloaded Mods Not Showing As Downloaded

As the subject says, the mods I downloaded today are not showing up as "downloaded" on the Tracked Mods list, in the Description tab of the individual mods, or in my Download History. I double-checked to make sure I was logged in and I was. This problem did not occur yesterday; the status of everything I downloaded was properly updated in all these areas. I have always used manual downloads instead of Vortex downloads and have never had this problem before.

 

Edit: This happened on the Cyberpunk 2077 and the Soul Calibur VI mod sites.

 

Edit 2: Problem seems to have resolved itself.
