Vortex Download Fails Requesting url error

I've been have this issue where now when i download mods for any games it says download failed and when i click for more info it says request url [link to the mod] failed with status "500 the code is usually the responsibility of the server and will likely be temporary. I've looked into everything to find out how to fix this problem the only game i can mod is cyberpunk for now.

the server is down. its been like this for at least 5 to 6 hours
