Requesting Solo Cloud and Enemies are hard against OP gem equipment

I am humbly requesting a script that always puts characters like barret, tifa, Aerith, and REDXII on the sideline which disables itself if another character is needed such as barret in the underground labs, but when cloud rejoins the party it once again puts characters on the sidelines.

 

OP Gem equipment on me:

HP ; 23,021

MP 9,999

ATK: 30,381

Magic ATK: 30,371

Defense: 20,144

Strength, Magic, Vitality, Spirit, Luck: 9,999

Speed: 204.

 

Make enemies a high enough level and removing their cap to make them an challenge on normal to this... OP gem I have.
