frans leveling

i was wondering if in francescos if some monsters still level with you after level 25 odd would kinda suck if after that level you can kill pretty much anything, ive heard mixed points so thats why im asking to see if i can get a straight answer!! =)

 

i heard ooo is a lot more static and frans is more like a fix for vanillas leveling system, so you still get a challenge at high levels??

 

EDIT: oh and btw when your using an over haul mod like frans does the game difficulty slider still have an effect? as this would pretty much help if things start getting to easy at higher levels!
