Corbow6
Yeah, at the part where Dad is supposed to give you fuses he never does. Probably because I already have a "Fuse" located in my inventory that I picked up in a test room. Problem is I can't just drop it because it's a quest item. So now I'm stuck and I need a possible item code to remove it. Anyone know it, or know how to get it?
UncleRoe
This console command should do the trick. player.removeitem 0001a168
Corbow6
Holy crap you are awesome. Kudos my friend. I was going to be bummed if I had to just cheat complete the quest. Thanks again, Roe.
UncleRoe
i know how you feel. i've made the same mistake with the knife you use in tranquility lane. if you use it as an adult you actually can't un-equip it.. ruined my entire day...so i understand how that one fuse could set you back so far. glad it worked. have fun dude. Teknologic
Just a question for possible future problems (I have the G.E.C.K. lol) how do you figure out item codes?open up the console, click on the item you want the base-id for.. :)
UncleRoe
The console codes actually just are reference codes, not form ID codes. you try spawning a console code and you will get an error/ but when your using the geck the process is basically the same. look up the item you want to spawn by using the item filter. just make sure that you have clicked the "all" section. it's on the bottom of the item tree. this way your filter will look for anything inside the geck that has your item keyword in it. once you find the item you just roll your mouse over it and the form ID will appear. this is what the geck uses to spawn your items. For example. in your geck filter type MQ05Fuse . this is the editor id for the fuse code i gave you earlier. when you move your mouse over this item in the geck, the Form ID used to spawn the item will appear. I see, I haven't messed around with G.E.C.K yet, I figured I would beat the game first before messing in it. Anyway, I did find out that I can type player.inv to get a list of codes for what I have in my inventory, however I don't know how to scroll through the list in the console...
