[LE] getting a broken dialogue view to work

can anyone help me with a dialogue view that isnt working

i had it working once but now it's not

the dialogue isn't working in game anymore for

some reason

i think i was messing around with the quest file

or it might just be loading wrong

ive never messed with dialogue

or any real coding or quest based things before

ill post screen shots if you need them
