[LE] A theatre where the player can watch plays be performed?

I finally read the in-game book Horror at Castle Xyr. I wasn't expecting it to be a play. This reminded me of an idea I had long ago. Why is there no mod that adds a performing arts theatre where you can watch npcs put on plays? The game does seem to have a number of plays among its books, besides just the one I read. I was thinking it would be rather neat to see that story performed, mainly because I think it would make it far scarier. Wish I thought of this earlier, otherwise it would make a great Halloween mod. Oh well.
