Cant Launch Game After Uninstalling Vortex

I launched Fallout 76 today but since there was a weekly update, one of my mods was outdated causing my game to crash after getting to the main menu. After struggling to disable the mod I decided to delete the game + mods and uninstall Vortex (following the uninstall guide). After reinstalling the game it still crashes on startup. I've removed every trace of the mods and Vortex that I can find and the only thing I can think to do is wipe my SSD. Any suggestions?

I would suggest trying to verify your game files if you have the game on Steam. Try for the cleanest install possible.
