Teknologic
So here I am, feeling utterly sorry I installed the 1.5 patch. By silly coïncidence I had checked the bethesda site the day 1.5 came out and like a silly, silly puppy I decided to patch. But not before backing up my entire FO3 folder. But the first few days seemed to have went without a hitch and I decided to delete my copy of the folder to clear some hdd space. But then recently I DID start experiencing some issues, likely due to the patch. So now I'm one sad little puppy. So here's my question: What's the best way to downgrade from 1.5 and what patch would be best compatible with the Unoficcial Patch so I can still play BS (or would vanilla be best)? Would it just be best to fully reïnstall (and perhaps backup archiveinvalidation and my textures and mods)? I know alot of others should be struggling with this issue so I'm hoping to really clear this up :) Thx
Aaron1595
I think the best way to downgrade a patch is to system restore...
deckel11
or reinstall the game and then patch back up to the version you want. Reinstalling is easy, and won't destroy your mods in the data folder OR your save games (as long as you check the right box when prompted). I recently did this, patched up to 1.0.015, and installed fake patch + UF3P.

I think I'll just reïnstall then. :)
