SSE Vanilla Vigilants acknowledge the Player as part of their ranks

There are already a number of mods that adds joinable Vigilant of Stendarr factions to the game such as VIGILANT and Stendarr Rising, however the vanilla vigilants that you come across in Skyrim's wilds do not really respond to the player in a way that suggests that we're in that faction, so I would like to make a request for a mod that alters or adds dialogue to those npcs that considers the player as being a member, maybe even add a dialogue option to ask them to follow the player for some daedra or vampire hunting.
