Whitellama
When I download certain mods such as Ancient Towers I get problems. I have used other mods before but this and a few other mods have confused me. I download it with the Google Chrome internet browser. When I open my documents and go to downloads that is where all of my downloads appear for Google Chrome. The picture next to the mod is always the Mozilla Firefox symbol. If I click it, a blank window opens with Mozilla Firefox. The Ancient Towers is not the only mod that does this but this is the most recent one and I am becoming sick of it. Please tell me what to do. If this has already been posted I am very sorry but I did not see anything.
AzirAphale001
Try downloading with Firefox. Or IE. See if that helps. I don't know much about Google Chrome.
Whitellama
Well I tried that but it downloaded the same with a mozilla symbol again. Well actually it's not the real symbol but it is the symbol on a peice of paper.
Whitellama
And I forgot this in the last post but I clicked it again and all it did was open another download for the mod with mozilla.

bben46
It sounds like you have not associated the file format the download is in (7z, rar, zip) with your unzipping program - this is a windows thing. I have a help file for this, it uses WinXP and 7-zip, but the procedure will be the same for whatever unzip program you use.http://s1.zetaboards.com/TheStormRavenLibr.../1387304/1/#new If a file type is not associated with the program that it needs to work, or with the wrong program, Windows dosn't know what to do with it. All downloads are in a compressed (zipped) file format. There are several that are popular, 7z (7-zip) .rar (Winrar) .zip (winzip) 7-zip is the one I recommend, and is entirely FREE and available on the Nexus here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15579
Whitellama
Hey thanks for this link. I haven't tried it yet but I gotta say to a previous poster who said "it sounds like a Vista problem." just because I use Google Chrome doesn't mean I am using Vista even though it comes with Vista. I use Google Chrome because of the helpful search engine quick bookmarks and history on startup of the browser. Plus I like how all the windows are actually tabs for one window! This doesn't have to do with the problem I am just putting that out there. ^^
