increased XP gain from "insert-challange-here"

Just wishes for a mod that changes the amout of how much XP you get from lookpicking and such.
I mean;
Vanilla gives around 20 - 50 xp which I think is to little. I would like to see 100 - 200 XP or mabye something like:

Very easy locks - 50xp

Very hard locks - 500xp

Hope you get my drift :)
