Specific crash problem (related to the intro music?)

First off, I'd like to say I love fallout mods and the nexus- I usually stay quiet, but a recent problem has finally forced me to look for help. I've been trying all sorts of solutions, and none of them seems to provide a permanent solution. Of course the problem is related to a consistent crash, and these are the details;

 

When I boot up Fallout 3 and load a game, when it was saved in the general Wasteland area the intro music continues playing into the loading screen (when it should normally stop). If I try to do ANYTHING that requires a loading screen from this point, the game will crash to windows. Many of the loading screens are also COMPLETELY black, just with the spinning circle (instead of with the slides and pictures).

 

Some of my older save files do not have this problem, but it seems to happen very constantly with one of my characters.

 

I have Operation Anchorage and The Pitt for official extensions, but I have disabled The Pitt because I thought it was causing the problem. Other than that, I have these mods implemented:

 

Hair Pack by Yoshikinakota (also hair_add_npc)

Vatsfix

The Pitt Crash Fix

SVD Dragunov

Shishkebab without glove

M4A1

SAS Gear

Katanas

PSG1

 

These mods are almost completely all new weapons, so I didn't know if any of them may be responsible specifically. In terms of version, I originally patched to 1.5, but tried repatching to 1.4 because I thought that may have been the problem.

 

Would anybody have an idea of what my problem could be related to?
