[LE] a couple mod ideas

so i had a couple ideas for mods. i tried using the creation kit but i can't make heads or tales of it. my first idea is for a half argonian half khajiit follower named Ashnira-Lursha or Ash-Lur for short. her appearance is sort of like two face from batman one half of her body is argonian and the other half is khajiit. her story is she was originally two separate people, they were followers of the deadric prince Sheogorath and apprentices to a mage follower of Sheogorath. one day their master's experiment went horribly wrong resulting Ashnira and Lursha fusing together. some time later she has come to the college of winterhold to put her skills to good use, until the dragonborn arrives telling her about the threats of dragons, vampires, and cultists plaguing skyrim and recruits her to help save skyrim and the world. her starting outfit would be a set of the college robes but you can equip her with other armors or outfits if you'd like. her weapons of choice are the spells flames in one hand and ice spike in the other. she is also marriageable

my other idea for a mod is a player race called stitchlings (name is a work in progress) they are basically a race of Frankenstein's monsters and look like orcs but with skin textures replaced with the oghma infinium textures to give them the appearance of creatures built from various pieces of various corpses. they heal fast like argonians and have a race power that functions as a lightning cloak spell and start with the spell sparks instead of flames similar to the dark elves. their race stats are, smithing: 25, heavy armor: 20, block: 15, two handed: 20, one handed: 15, archery: 15, light armor: 15, sneak: 15, lockpicking: 15, pickpocket: 15, speech: 15, alchemy: 20, illusion: 15, conjuration: 15, destruction:15, restoration: 20, alteration: 15, enchanting: 20
