There are no 'cheats' in FO3, but if you want to break down a role playing game to mere modifying values, by all means do so.

 

You can also make yourself invincible, immune to rads, walk through anything, get an infinite amount of anything, render enemies completely braindead, make yourself owner of any object or house in the game and so on and so forth..

 

But you'll have achieved absolutely nothing.

console commands are cheats IMO as they follow in the tradition of being backdoors for game developers to test their games without playing the whole thing and.... *scoff* how dare you imply that playing video games isn't an accomplishment, laffin, I'll have you know video games have given me nearly innumerable thumb blisters and sore wrists.
