LE NPCs disown items/houses upon death

Requesting a mod that will clear the ownership of all the items/houses that an NPC may have once owned.

Either clear the ownership completely or add ownership rights to the player.

 

I remember a very similar mod for Oblivion, once upon a time, may have been called "Keep What You Kill", where if you killed someone, everything they owned, you now own.
