Body Replacer Hand Mesh BUg

Ye, I got suddenly a weird bug, where there is a gap between my female characters arm and hands and neck seams. Appears with SeveNBase and UNP (did not test CBBE). Few days ago I could install everything and everything was k, but now, this appears, even after a complete reinstall of the game and I have done anything like they said in the install-description, using xpms skelleton and so on (for SevenBase). If I take the clothes off, the hand and arms fit, but there is still a seam at neck and the wrist, like my skyrim don't want to use the normal map and body skin I installed (using SG Renewal for Sevenbase and a installation pack for UNP).

 

And like I said, some days ago, all worked, but since yesterday, it won't.

It looks as if your chosen body replacer either didn't include matching hand .nif's or maybe they didn't install correctly. Try asking on the comments section for the mod itself, it may be a known issue with a fix already available, but if not then the mod's author and other users of the mod should be able to help further.

And then I think I found the problem. The SevenBase Boombshell Body changed the original Handmesh, and when you wear vanilla clothes, it applies the SevenBase hand mesh to the vanilla body type (cause of vanilla clothing and armor, I thought skyrim would work with this in another way), so you got the SevenBase hand and the vanilla Body. It can be sold with new refit clothings to the SevenBase body. There is a mod out there on nexus for this purpose, but it replaces the vanilla clothes with half naked clothing, that don't really match with the breasts in a nice way, and they are totally not lorefriendly and I don't like them.

 

Maybe the authors know a way around it, with new Handmesh or something like this.

Got no answer, but took a closer look to the files myself. The problem is the new hand mesh from boombshell version of sevenbase. There is no fix, because it is no bug. There are 2 options:

 

1. Someone creates some fitting lorefriendly boombshell versions of the armors and clothes (armors are mostly covered I think, but not lorefriendly).

 

2. Sevennity or someone else applies the vanilla hand mesh to the boombshell body.

 

With both options, I cannot deal, so I will use the original or TBB version of the mod, because they use just the unp hand mesh, which can be deleted and then the textures fit right.
