DrwHem Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 I want a mod that reduces the amount of panic that builds up. im playing second wave and marathon and its near impossible to keep people in the council. im just not getting any missions in areas that are on high panic. does a mod like this exist other than the one that is no longer being updated and reported not working?
