RaidersClamoring
How do I find the names of nodes of objects in game without extracting meshes and opening 3D editors?Either in CK, console or through some papyrus function.
niston
Use nifskope to get names from NIF: In game, you can use vanilla HasNode() function to test for presence of named node in ObjectReference NIF.For more sophisticated node related functions, you have SUP. Btw NIFSkope can open NIFs directly from BA2 archive. Use File|Browse Archive... and Archive Browser tab.
