All my saves are crashing on load.

I have multiple save files going back to level 14 (currently lvl 29) and all of a sudden after playing for a bit saving and exiting the game for a bit then reentering all of my saves CTD while loading. I tried to start a New Game and it loaded the birth sequence and everything so I assume that it's an issue with my saves.

For further clarification:

Latest STEAM GOTY version (1.7)

I've tried loading with all mods turned off and only essentials checked, no dice so I assume mods have no impact on my saves being messed up.

 

I installed Return to vault 101 and the yetanotherpurgecellbuffers mod before going back into the game and discovering the save crashes. (neither overwrote content so if they are the problem they shouldve been fixed when i tried with all mods disabled.)
