So My Guess They Are Not Renamable And Hard Coded Ill Be Interested In It If Anyone Do Find A Way To Do That ... I Myself Tried It But Ran Into A Nasty Bug... But I don't think it'd be that hard, probably just changing a case statement somewhere. However, it might be in native code. I'll try to look for it in my spare time. Second, it's human nature to anthopromorphise just about everything.... so SHIVs named "Rex", "Homer", or "Mr. Spunktacular" by its attached squad would not be at all out of place. There's no native customization data to pull I think. It seems plausible, though, with TexMod and the like... someone with more resource editing experience would have to give it a go. Build My First Shiv As I Just Started A New Game But It Appears I Cannot Customize My Shives The Option Is Not Available.. dubiousintent Posted November 23, 2013 Share Posted November 23, 2013 Long War makes extensive and major changes to many things, especially in areas you might not expect. The SHIV code was one such area, to add new or never implemented weapons and abilities. (See the files under the Miscellaneous section on the download page.) Never expect LW to work with other mods. When it does happen, rejoice in your good fortune and perhaps let others know in the LW thread.
