Need help with DarkUI Black and Gold

I am using the DarkUI Recolored Black and Gold Mod.

 

The Local Map is not in color, it is an awful contrast to the superb work put into the mod.

 

I installed the original DarkUI first as instructed, I installed the cyrodiil Colored world map, then installed the textures for the new Black and Gold theme, my screen resolution is set to 1152x864

and, I have changed my Oblivion INI file as directed from bLocalMapShader=1 to bLocalMapShader=0.

 

I think I have done everything required to make this mod work.

 

Anybody got any ideas on what I can do to get the Local Map to be in color also, so I am not blinded when using the local map.

 

Other then that issue with the Local Map, I am having no problems at all with this mod and, very glad I decided to use it.
