Smampi/mod problem

Hello,

 

I'm trying to install some mods for Stardew. Like extended and NPC locations. Now I get the pop-up when I try to download the mod that I need Smapi. I have it installed.

When I open stardew the Smapi pop-up appears and seems to work. Everything is up to date tho.

 

So what is going wrong. Can anyone help me with this?
