Just like the bless home spell, except it is the rent home spell, as well as a claim home spell as well, where you can request unused spaces to purchase and rent out. Maybe an npc or chest used to collect. So for example, the molag bal mace house, nepos house, alvas house and other fallow properties that can be requested, purchased, then rented. Maintenance, upkeep, grace, and evictions. The forced evictions can be a Companions side quest (???)
