I updated every single mod that needed to be updated, game doesn't open

CET, Archive and Tweak XL RED4ext, Mod Settings, input loader and everything I can think of. perhaps virtual car and ateliers needs an updated.

 

but the thing is, without the updated mods people reported crashing and stuff, I have everything updated and i don't have crashes or anything, the game simply doesn't open up, red launcher pops up, i press play, loads mods, and when it finishes, nothing.

Mine opens now, the only thing it seems I did different than you was verify local files through Steam. I am getting a consistent crash in the car with Takemura in the game I started before the update though. I am going to try a full fresh game today and see if I still get the same. I'm having the same issue. Followed some guidelines from the Wiki and still my game won't open. Fresh install, removed mod files, etc. I'll revisit the game after Phantom Liberty Expansion drops. Until then, it's too much of a headache to deal with.

Have you tried deleting the contents of r6\cache\modded folder? I have to do this with any change to Redmod mods.
