[LE] Looking to export assets from mods to put in another.

I have 2 active follower mods I've been working on. One mod is using hairstyles from KShairdos and another is using hairstyles from Apachi hairs. I'm looking to try to remove the dependency on the hair mods and combine both of my mods into one, so I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer assets like hairstyles and the NPCs themselves along with all their packages and gear I gave them from one mod to another without having to redo them all from scratch?

I'm pretty sure I've seen follower mods using non-vanilla hairstyles that have no dependencies so I'm hoping there is a way to pull this off.
