Now to the point, when talking with him you have a choice to ask what order hes part of. When he talks about when he was in the "order of the sword" or whatever, he said he made a more powerful modded laser rifle. And a few initiates got hurt since they couldnt handle its power. Now how about a mod where you can get him to mod your laser rifle, or buy a schematic from him, or ask him how to mod it. To balance it i suppose a minimum strenght of 7 or 6 must be required to prevent injury, or an overheating penalty or something. Think about it.
