SSE Make player homes purchasable / require payment to enter

Hi! I like a lot of the mod community player homes, abodes, castles, etc. There are some really awesome ones.

 

What I wish is that they all had a cost associated with them, like having to purchase them or obtain a deed.

 

I guess my mod request is some kind of spell you can cast on the entrance/door of a structure that then requires you to pay a specific amount in order to unlock permanently.

 

So, for instance, instead of simply installing an amazing player home and being able to just live in it, I can walk up to it and place a cost.

 

OR maybe this mod already exists. If it does I apologize. Maybe there is a mod already that allows you to create purchaseable deeds like you do in the vanilla game?

I just like the idea of having something to work towards. Like "Oh I really wanna make 100,000 Gold so that I can buy that insane castle" etc.

Not an answer to your question but some feedback on why not every author bothers to implement this, many players enjoy this feature and many other players find it annoying. Some install a home and wish to just go and have a look and decide if they want to keep it, resulting in Player.additem f (the amount)

 

Some players just want the home and they want it for their entire playthrough off the bat. I can't recall any playthrough where my PC has accumulated preposterous amounts of 30 or 50,000 gold even at level 80 which is generally the average asking price.

 

To be of some use to you though, I know that every single player home created by Skyrimlazz here on Nexus has a sale price and all of their homes are on the top shelf for quality :)

Thanks for the reply. I suppose if there isn't a way to make homes buyable then I would have to utilize some role playing element like "This castle costs 15,500 Gold, and then when I accumulate it I just toss it somehow. But I will see if anyone has the ability to make such a mod.

 

Actually my request would be more like this: Make a mod where a player home of your choice now has a key to open it (cannot be picked) and has a price tag at some merchant shop. So all you'd need to do is buy the expensive-ass key.
