SSE Un-nock arrows with right click instead of default sheath key exclusively

The logic seems simple enough (only while arrow is drawn allow right click to sheath weapon) but I have no idea how to create mods! Using SE downgrade patcher if that matters in case someone decides to make this. I feel like most other games I've played that use bow and arrows let you do use right click to cancel the shot.

But the block button's already used by the Eagle Eye skill to zoom in while aiming.
