Patrol (Travel Package) Problem

I have just constructed my first Travel Package For My New NPC. I have made two packages before, and they worked just fine, however, when I went to test this one, the game does one of two things every time:

 

1) Fails To Load at start up

 

2) Loads To the Home interior where me and the npc are, then as I follow him out the door the game fails to make it past the next load screen.

 

I followed the following tutorial to a T:

 

NPC Patrols Tutorial

 

The X markers I made lead from inside a new home just outside of Anvil to The Cemetery Near the prophet in Anvil. I cannot figure out the problem and have looked over it several times. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
