Just an Idea

I got this idea from watching a mix of several movies - Cinderella, A Knights Tale, An American Werewolf in Paris, and From Dusk Till Dawn. I thought, wouldn't it be cool to see a large social event being held around Tamriel that wealthy NPC characters could go to for dancing, music, fine dining, and to catch up on the latest on social gossip? Perhaps a coach and rider could be added to ensure people get to this ball that lays way off in the middle of nowhere?

 

Everything at the ball would be extremely formal and open only to the rich and well dressed. Large windows would align the walls of the dance hall, decorated with long lavendar drapes. The guests would dine on the best foods and wines that Tamriel has to offer. Classical music would fill the air as the people danced and celebrated throughout the night and elegant candlelight would set the romantic atmosphere of the evening.

 

But there would be a twist to all this as this royal ball would soon become the place of nightmares at the stroke of midnight. Yes, all the wives, girlfriends, and mistresses, in attendance would become huntresses of the night - blood thirsty werewolves that leave no mortal man standing. Love bites!

 

I thought that a percentage element could be added to determine the chance of having the women wolf out. This way players could choose to set it to 0 so that they could still attend the ball without the worry of something bad happening. If the player is a female she will catch the werewolf disease and transform just like all the other women. She would have to kill and feed to prevent penalties from happening (loss of health, etc). If the player is male, then he will have to fight off the hordes of female werewolves or figure out a way to escape in order to survive. Underneath the ball room would lie a hidden cavern with an alternate exit. Of course that cavern would be well protected and an evil sorceress, responsible for the all female werewolf feeding frenzy, would inhabit the area and would have to be defeated to gain a safe exit without having to fight off the hordes of female werewolves above at the ball.

 

Even without the werewolf element, this could still be a top quality mod (just for the ball room and dancing) if a modder wanted to make it. It would be a large project to develop I imagine. Perhaps a dating system could be made that allows players to date someone and take them to the ball? Tons of ideas were coming to mind but my weed is wearing off. :unsure:
