Ltaylorhollwood
i could really use some help with creating custom animation and more importantly exporting to skyrim. (tldr: this is my first time ever trying to make an animation/export it to be used in skyrim and i'm stuck in the bone zone) I downloaded miken1ke's rig as suggested in the comment section in this tutorial by distar (Skyrim Blender tutorial : Learn to animate in 10 minutes - YouTube) and i got a simple animation going by using miken1ke's youtube tutorial/ public release video located here (Mike rig and new animation tools public release - YouTube) My problem is that when i open up my created hkt file in the havok content tools filter manager and try to preview the animation i made using the method i mikes tutorial, i get a warning that states that no bones or float slots are in this skeleton and i dont understand why. Then i tried to instead use the another rig from distar video found here (Skyrim Blender tutorial - Learn to animate in 10 minutes at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)) to see if i could find more success. Again im able to make an animation, but now with this rig im getting an error when i move one foot and put the keyframes in without touching anything else at all. When i try to export as a nif file after finishing my very basic foot up/foot down animation as a test, the error says "incomplete key set in bone npc L toe0 [LToe] ensure that if a bone is keyframed to a property, all channels are keyframmed." . now im totally lost and the tutorials i mentioned before don't cover these issues. Any help would be appreciated!
