He doesn't have any obligations, thats true, just like the rest of us has no obligations to act like decent human beings, although that is expected of us, just like a mod author is expected to act with the communities best interests in mind and not do something petty and out of spite, so whether or not the original mod author has any obligations to us is a mute point, they acted like an ass for no good reason, obligations or not.

Do you know how to mod @*username*? If so, you have my full support to do what is best for the community and share this on Steam, the original mod author can say what they want but if they refuse to upload it to Steam themselves, they shouldn't get pissy if someone else does it.
