Backpack that could store stuff like a container

I was wondering if there is any mods for fallout nv that would let you store items in a backpack sorta like a container not like the one for fallout 3 but one that would keep the items stored after you picked it up and put it on, then you could drop it and open it tho get whatever you needed but wouldnt go over a certain weight i have even tried doing this in the geck but im not that experienced, the best ive done is a few cells.
