Trying to get orc head from beast skeletons onto the undeath lich

So I have been using undeath paired with classical lichdom for a while now and it bothers me that my orc character has a regular human skeleton head when he turns into a lich, so I found a mod called beast skeletons which had a custom model for the orc skull and I want to know how to put it onto the lich model cause I have tried and all I get is an invisible head

Yes I did enable beast skeletons so it could get the resources
