Bug with lines on body

Sorry for my English. Is it possible to fix this problem with lines on body. Just for information: also these lines can move. I thought its light or shadow problem, but one light mod and one shadow fix mode (dont remember names, these mods already deleted) didnt change anything. Dont even understand if this is problem with any mod or with game. Graphic settings in game at max level.

Same bug without armor. So I dont think its bug from armor mod but Im not sure.
