slimerancher Save File Breaks

I have now lost two different game files. Both were very/completely progressed with over a million nubucks. It does seem to happen after updating the mods to the newest version. Is there a way to prevent this? I'm really not excited about starting from day 1 AGAIN.

 

Also, some things don't necessarily work quite right. I can't vac Lucky or Gold Slimes, so I can't progress my gem slimes. Lucky and Gold are also VERY rare now. Like once every 5 hours of play.

 

Any suggestions appreciated.

 

I'm using the Slime Rancher: Transcended pack. And I've upgraded a lot of the mods to the latest version. I have to run it by turning off Fusion Core and SRML Registry Fixes.
