Mod that adds content to bottom left / SW corner of map?

Does anyone know of a mod or mods that fill in the bottom left corner of the map, the cloudy area in the southwest, that you can't access in vanilla Skryim?

There's an expansion that reuses land south W from Markarth and south of Falreath (Folkstead and the Border of Hammerfell), and another that uses land along the leftist most coast traveling from around the corner away from Solitude. (Haafstad and the Border of High Rock)

I believe the second one uses some of the land in the deadzone you're describing, although not a great deal of it.

 

Both have minimal quests, but some new scenery, and some new herbs to gather and use for alchemy

 

Other than that, idk, I disabled the invisible border and use that empty land for wandering sometimes
